About The Position

The Blow Molding Process Technician works for a plastics packaging company in Delavan, Wisconsin. The role involves setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting blow-molding machines, as well as performing routine maintenance. The technician must follow customer specifications, work safely, and comply with applicable GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.

The position pays $22–$37 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is a rotating 4-days-on, 4-days-off shift from 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The technician must provide basic tools and be comfortable using basic computer and iPad operations, including Microsoft Office programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience with blow-molding equipment setup, troubleshooting, and operation.
• Experience with basic computer and iPad operations, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to provide own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow-molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines.

• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely.
• Comply with GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
