About The Position

A plastics packaging company in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is seeking Blow Molding Process Technicians. The role involves setting up and operating blow-molding machines, troubleshooting and adjusting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and meeting customer specifications while working safely. Technicians must comply with applicable GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations required by the company, customers, or government agencies. The pay range is $22–$34 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is a rotating pattern of four days on and four days off, working 6:50 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience setting up, troubleshooting, and operating blow-molding equipment.
• Basic computer and iPad skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to provide basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow-molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely.
• Comply with applicable GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations.
