About The Position

Seeking skilled Blow Molding Process Technicians for a plastics packaging company in Delavan, Wisconsin. The role involves setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting blow-molding machines, performing routine maintenance, following customer specifications, and working safely. Technicians must comply with applicable GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations required by the company, its customers, and/or government agencies.

The position pays $22–$37 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is 6:50 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., working four days on and four days off on a rotating schedule. Employees must provide their own basic tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience setting up, troubleshooting, and operating blow-molding equipment.
• Experience with basic computer and iPad operations, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to provide own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate blow-molding machines.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely.
• Comply with applicable GMP, food safety, and food quality regulations required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies.
