About The Position

Client Delivery Representatives deliver life-saving blood products to hospital clients and make emergency and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations. This is a full-time position working 30 to 39 hours per week, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., four to five days per week, with an every-other-weekend rotation. Representatives prepare blood product deliveries by verifying orders and loading vehicles, operate ImpactLife fleet vehicles safely, and interact with customers in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Class E driver’s license.
REAL ID.
Ability to operate Blood Center vehicles.
Ability to sit for long periods and perform recurring physical exertion, including reaching, bending, walking, and pushing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Verify orders and load vehicles to prepare for prompt blood product deliveries.
Drive ImpactLife fleet vehicles safely.
Interact with customers in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner.
Deliver blood products to hospital clients and make emergency and restocking deliveries to other ImpactLife locations.
