About The Position

Support pharmacy operations by handling, packaging, and delivering radiopharmaceuticals within regulatory guidelines to authorized recipients, including hospitals, imaging facilities, and healthcare clinics, in a 24-hour healthcare business environment. Couriers use company-owned vehicles for deliveries, not personal vehicles. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience.

Requirements

• Willingness to submit to a drug test and background check.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license for the necessary delivery area and a clean driving record.
• Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs.
• Willingness to work on an on-call basis, with the expectation of arriving at the pharmacy within 45 minutes.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination to meet compliance obligations for customer-mandated on-site requirements.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds.
• Ability to take direction to perform duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Previous experience handling or transporting radiopharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Package and deliver radiopharmaceuticals compliantly.
• Process returns from customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of the correct package to the customer.
• Complete Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork for deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
