About The Position
The Blending Operator works in Henkel’s Consumer Brands business unit, which produces Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. The role operates and adjusts manufacturing machinery, monitors product quality, and records production information. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. The stated hourly pay range is $24.00–$30.00. Depending on role and location, additional compensation may include shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines and production equipment safely according to instructions.
- Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications.
- Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for discard or remanufacture.
- Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
