About The Position

At Henkel, this position is part of the Consumer Brands business unit, which produces Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. The Blending Operator safely operates and monitors manufacturing machinery, sets up or adjusts equipment to manufacturing specifications, checks product quality, and maintains production records. The role is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. Employees may also be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and production documentation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
Monitor output quality to identify faulty products for discarding or remanufacture.
Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
