About The Position

The Dry Blending Operator works under the guidance of the Dry Blending Lead Operator to produce dry blended products. The position operates within FDA FSMA and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) requirements, following food safety standards for safe production in the plant and offices according to the defined risk levels for each area. The schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Racine, Wisconsin. The role is listed as full-time and temp-to-hire, with pay of $21 and a $2 increase upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the day's picking sheets from the department supervisor.
• Stage the proper ingredients and scan the order into the computer system.
• Ensure ingredients are dumped in the proper order and that the 30-minute blend occurs.
• Monitor the metal detector and processing equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Ensure bags are packed to the proper weight and are labeled and sealed properly.
• Complete required documentation.
• Scan finished product into inventory.
• Assist with or complete other duties as assigned.
