About The Position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for Pacsun products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position, and availability to work Black Friday Weekend is required. The associate represents the Pacsun brand, supports a positive working environment, maintains the company's fashion image, and learns about products and trends. They engage customers authentically, focus on selling, complete assigned tasks, follow company policies and loss prevention procedures, maintain visual and cleanliness standards, and support store sales and operational goals, including digital sales strategies such as ship from store and BOPIS. The role involves frequent lifting or moving of up to 20 pounds and occasional lifting or moving of up to 35 pounds; extended periods of sitting or standing; climbing ladders as needed; and moving around the sales floor, stockroom, and office. Work takes place in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
