About The Position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate executes initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position, and availability to work Black Friday Weekend is required.

Requirements

• Passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to frequently sit or stand for long periods and climb ladders as needed.
• Ability to talk and hear regularly; sit, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel items, reach, twist, and squat frequently.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom, and office areas.
• Required vision abilities include close and distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

• Handle customer situations according to policy and procedures, attempt to resolve issues positively, and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards as directed by management.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to promote a safe working and shopping environment.
• Follow company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and Safety Program.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and report violations to leadership or the Silent Witness Hotline.
• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Work Black Friday Weekend.
