About The Position
The Black Friday Weekend Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate completes initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time role requiring availability to work Black Friday Weekend.
Requirements

- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work Black Friday Weekend.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate passion and affinity for products, brands, fashion, and trends while representing the PacSun brand.
- Contribute to a positive working environment by consistently exhibiting core value behaviors.
- Adhere to Employee Appearance Guidelines and help maintain the company's fashion image.
- Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends, and work to improve individual performance as a productive team member.
- Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
- Focus on selling while staying aware of product value and promotions.
- Handle customer situations in accordance with policies and procedures, attempt to resolve issues, and partner with leadership on escalated matters.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards as directed by management.
- Support organization and cleanliness to promote a safe working and shopping environment.
- Comply with company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, the Employee Policy Guide, the Safety Program, and Loss Prevention policies.
- Communicate Loss Prevention violations to leadership or through the Silent Witness Hotline.
- Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in company and store contests and events, and stay current on financial goals and priorities.
- Support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals.
- Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
