About The Position

The Black Friday Weekend Associate generates sales by demonstrating passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends. The associate carries out initiatives and tasks assigned by the leadership team, contributes positively to the store team, and consistently provides an exceptional customer experience. This is a part-time position, and availability to work Black Friday Weekend is required. Duties and responsibilities may change, and reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.

• Proficiency in math and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work Black Friday Weekend.

• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards as directed by management.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to support a safe working and shopping environment.
• Follow company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, Employee Policy Guide, and Safety Program.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report violations to leadership or through the Silent Witness Hotline.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to help improve the customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship-from-store and BOPIS.
