About The Position

Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences by providing a wide range of services. Duties may include setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. The role involves following company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe workplace and quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, appearance, and communications. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested.

The position requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. It also involves reading and visually verifying menu information and performing hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience is listed under preferred qualifications.
• No supervisory experience is listed under preferred qualifications.
• No license or certification is required.
