About The Position

The Bistro and Bartender role is a Guest Service Expert position focused on creating memorable and unique dining experiences. The role includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. Guest Service Experts are expected to make transactions feel like part of the guest experience and to deliver a broad range of services that support guest satisfaction.

The position requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, contributing to a safe workplace, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Work also involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; reading and visually verifying menu information; and handling objects through lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
