About The Position

The Bingo Runner is an entry-level, guest-facing role that provides fast, efficient service during bingo sessions. Working on the floor, the Bingo Runner supports players, verifies and pays winners, provides change, and assists with food and beverage service by taking orders and delivering items from the Bingo Snack Bar. The position calls for strong mobility, customer focus, accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team. Success in this role means being visible and responsive, following established procedures, and helping maintain the pace and enjoyment of each bingo session. The role is based at 3 Weeminuche Drive, Towaoc, Colorado, and is full-time on the swing shift.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Bingo Support License; background checks may be required.
Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Basic math skills and the ability to make change accurately.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
High energy, strong mobility, and readiness to respond quickly.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to stand or walk for more than 8 hours during a shift.
Willingness to work as part of a team, learn, and take direction in a fast-paced, structured, and regulated environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or retail.
Previous bingo or gaming floor experience.

Responsibilities

Support players during bingo sessions by responding promptly to floor calls and providing friendly, professional assistance.
Provide change and other routine assistance to players as needed.
Remain visible and attentive to support efficient game flow and guest satisfaction.
Verify winning bingo cards and confirm eligibility according to established procedures.
Communicate winning information with the caller or supervisor as required.
Pay bingo winners accurately while following cash-handling and accountability procedures.
Assist with food and beverage service and deliver prepared items to players accurately, promptly, and professionally.
Coordinate with Bingo Snack Bar staff to support efficient service and a positive guest experience.
Follow department procedures for winner verification, payouts, cash handling, and guest service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Answer questions about bingo sessions, games, promotions, and available services, and direct guests to other team members when needed.
Comply with internal procedures, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
Assist with basic cleaning and organizational duties during and after sessions.
Support fellow team members during busy periods and take initiative in completing assigned floor duties.
