About The Position

ENGEO is seeking an energetic, hard-working, and motivated Billing Specialist to support project managers and clients. The role manages project financial data, resolves billing issues, and ensures invoices are accurate and compliant with contract terms. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer programs.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in accounting and a strong desire to learn and automate processes.
• One to three years of relevant experience; relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Experience in the engineering consulting or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue complex project invoices in accordance with established contract terms.
• Maintain and update client and project database files to ensure data integrity.
• Serve as a primary resource for clients and internal project managers by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
• Monitor project financials and proactively provide relevant updates to stakeholders.
