About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and collections, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of patient billing, third-party billing, and electronic billing systems.
  • Familiarity with medical claims processing and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Patient billing and collections skills daily to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment processing.
  • Expertise in posting payments and electronic billing.
  • Medical billing and third-party billing knowledge.
  • Managing aged receivables requires analytical skills to identify trends and implement effective collection strategies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are applied to train staff, coordinate with external partners, and foster a collaborative work environment that supports continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
