About The Position

The Bilingual Traveling Recruiter supports industrial staffing and sourcing in the Groveport, Ohio area, with travel throughout Ohio. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is not remote or hybrid.

The recruiter works with a team to develop ways to attract candidates, promotes job postings through social media and the community, interviews candidates, and builds a candidate pipeline to help fulfill customer orders. The role also conducts drug screens, background checks, and I-9 employment eligibility verification for candidates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to travel within the designated area.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests and internal team needs.
