About The Position

EmployBridge is hiring an in-office Bilingual Traveling Recruiter for industrial staffing and sourcing in Groveport, Ohio. The position involves traveling throughout a designated area of Ohio, approximately 20% of the time, and working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is not remote or hybrid.

The recruiter works with a team to attract and identify candidates, using creative outreach and marketing through job postings, social media, and the community. The role includes interviewing candidates, maintaining a candidate pipeline, supporting order fulfillment, and completing drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms for candidates. The recruiter also manages 40 or more customers daily and coordinates customer orders and requests with internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruiting and staffing experience.
• Ability to travel within the designated area.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests and coordinate with the internal team.
