Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections using personalized sales expertise and the company’s products and services. The role involves helping customers find suitable options, meeting sales targets, and earning hourly pay plus uncapped commission opportunities. Bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay. The stated earnings range is $43,316 to $75,000, including hourly pay and commission, and individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training. The range assumes sales goals are met and/or exceeded. The position is based at an AT&T retail location in El Cajon, California. The schedule is within 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. The role is a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to employees without sales experience.
