Part-Time Bilingual Spanish Elementary ELA Tutor (Manhattan, NY)
About The Position
Study Smart is hiring a part-time bilingual Spanish tutor to provide third-grade ELA tutoring in Manhattan, New York. The tutor will support students in small and large groups, adapt to new materials and teaching strategies, and coordinate with Study Smart staff and its Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies. Tutors will have access to information about class assignments. The schedule is Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM EST. Candidates must hold a completed four-year degree and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location. Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired. The role offers a rate of $50 per hour, with paid onboarding, training, preparation, and support at $22 per hour.
