Bilingual Sales Advocate
About The Position
Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find wireless solutions that meet their needs. The role offers training, sales tools, commission-based earning potential, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Sales Advocates also support store operations and may work at multiple locations within a district. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities for Cricket Wireless. Participation is a condition of employment, and employees will receive reasonable notice. Event duties may include engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least two languages; English and Spanish are required for this position.
- Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the location.
- Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Follow the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking, and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through completion, and problem-solve under pressure.
