About The Position
Mobily is seeking a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead a store’s sales and operations. The manager is responsible for driving business performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a successful team. The role includes leading by example on the sales floor, coaching employees, managing inventory, launching products and services in coordination with the District Manager and other partners, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient store. The position is based in Houston, Texas, and pays $40,000–$60,000 per year base plus commission, with uncapped bonus potential.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Two years of proven retail sales management experience, including interactive and commissioned sales.
- Two years of experience recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
- Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to business needs.
- Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within a 30-minute radius of the home store when needed.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
