About The Position

Mobilelink is hiring a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead store sales and operations, drive business performance, and support team success. The manager will lead by example, coach employees, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. The role includes managing inventory, introducing new products and services, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the store. The position is full-time in Rantoul, Illinois, with a listed salary range of $40,000–$60,000 per year, plus commission.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail sales management experience; experience in a commissioned sales environment is preferred.
Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
Strong sales skills and drive to exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate others and build a successful team atmosphere.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
