About The Position

Mobilelink is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead the sales and operations of a Cricket Wireless retail store. The manager is responsible for driving business performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a successful team. The role involves leading by example on the sales floor, managing inventory, introducing new products and services, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming store. The position is full-time in Champaign, Illinois, with a stated salary range of $40,000–$60,000 base plus commission per year.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail sales management experience, preferably in a commissioned sales environment.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
Strong sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate others and create a winning team atmosphere.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales management experience in a commissioned sales environment is preferred.
