About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to connect candidates with job opportunities. The role involves recruiting in the community and online in English and Spanish, communicating with applicants, interviewing candidates, making job offers, supporting new hires through onboarding and orientation, reconnecting with past applicants and former employees, and tracking recruiting activity and progress. The position is full-time, based in the Hilliard area of Columbus, Ohio, and is scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week. Compensation is $18 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable communicating by phone.
• Organized and reliable.
• Enjoys working with people.

• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided to the right person.
