About The Position
We’re hiring a full-time Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to help connect candidates with job opportunities in the Columbus, Ohio (Hilliard area) community. The role involves recruiting in both English and Spanish and helping candidates through hiring and onboarding. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and pay is $18 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays. Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus but is not required; training will be provided.

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone.
- Organized and reliable.
