About The Position

This seasonal Bilingual Recruiter role focuses on high-volume hiring for light industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing positions. The recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting for approximately 20–25 requisitions at a time, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to fill critical roles quickly. The position is contract-based and hybrid, primarily remote with onsite presence at the Indianapolis office three days per week. The role is suited to someone within reasonable commuting distance of Indianapolis who can work effectively in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with occasional extended hours until 6:00 p.m. during peak hiring periods. The role has performance metrics around requisition volume, time-to-fill, and communication standards. After initial training and once performance, communication, and documentation meet expectations, the work remains predominantly remote with periodic onsite collaboration. Recruiting work uses an applicant tracking system, major job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn, and other online recruiting tools.
