About The Position

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, patient care-oriented professional to work full time as a Bilingual Patient Service Representative supporting its Midtown location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., plus a rotating Saturday. The role supports patient access and service at an outpatient diagnostic imaging facility. Touchstone describes its mission as enhancing radiology to better lives and emphasizes patient care in a warm, service-oriented environment.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in a medical office setting or hospital.
• Ability to handle heavy patient volume.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in authorizations and insurance verification is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for diagnostic exams and procedures.
• Assist with authorizations and verifications.
• Check patients in and out.
• Answer multiple phone lines.
• Provide accurate and complete information to the billing office.
• Verify insurance.
• Ensure accuracy of patient data entered into the system.
• Process requests and file patient records.
