About The Position

The Bilingual Medical Office Assistant (Float) interprets and translates between Spanish-speaking patients and the Insurance Coordinator, assists patients with insurance questions and paperwork, and documents patient interactions while maintaining accurate records. The role requires travel to clinics within approximately one hour of the home clinic. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between clinics. This is a fully onsite contract position based in Fort Worth, Texas, with pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Individual compensation depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity. Requirements

Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Comfortable working directly with patients in a healthcare setting.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinics.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

Medical office, healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience.
Insurance verification or patient registration experience; this is a plus but not required.
