About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access financing by listening to their needs and presenting appropriate solutions. The role combines customer service, sales, loan lifecycle management, and collections activities in a competitive, goal-oriented branch environment. Team members may pursue professional development and advancement, including leadership roles such as Branch Manager and District Manager.

This is an onsite position. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work. The position requires a high school diploma or GED; sales, collections, or customer service experience and Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely and efficient service.

• Develop new customer connections and maintain existing relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a goal-oriented drive to achieve results.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options so customers understand them.
