About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing. The role involves customer engagement throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions, and managing loans while complying with relevant laws and regulations. The position is on site and is scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while meeting individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain existing ones throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options to ensure their understanding.
