About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain listen to customers’ needs and provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. The position is on site and scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Some extended weekday hours may be needed, which may include Saturday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing role demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while meeting individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle by presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented attitude and drive to achieve.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options so customers understand them.
