About The Position

Loan Sales Specialists at OneMain help customers access financing for life’s expenses by listening to their needs and providing friendly, fast, and affordable service. The role operates in a competitive environment where individual effort contributes to personal and branch goals, with opportunities for professional development and advancement. Specialists help customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, including collections, and explain loan terms and optional insurance products clearly. The position is onsite and follows a Monday–Friday schedule during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Deliver customer service with ease, empathy, and encouragement while contributing to individual and branch goals.
• Develop new customer connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process and life cycle.
• Present tailored solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented drive to achieve results.
• Educate customers about optional insurance products and ensure they understand loan terms and available options.
