Loan Sales Specialist - Bilingual
About The Position
At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing. The specialist supports customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, develops and maintains customer relationships, and presents solutions tailored to customer needs. The role includes loan management and collections activities, customer education about loans and optional insurance products, and communication with customers and other departments using phone, email, chat, and internal systems. The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and potentially Saturday. The target base salary is $20.00–$23.00, with additional compensation based on individual and company performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

- Present tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
- Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
- Demonstrate an achievement-oriented attitude and drive to succeed.
- Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options to customers.
