About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access financing for life’s expenses by listening to their needs and offering friendly, fast, and affordable solutions. Compensation includes an annual salary plus incentives recognizing individual achievements and team success.

The position is onsite and scheduled Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work. Team members may pursue advancement into leadership roles, including Branch Manager and District Manager, through training programs and career development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Meet customer expectations with ease, empathy, and encouragement while contributing to individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage loan life cycles, including collections activities, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented attitude and drive to achieve.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options so customers understand them.
