About The Position

At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting appropriate solutions. The position is on site and based in Southside. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with some extended weekday hours as needed; Saturday work may also be included. Compensation includes an annual salary plus incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to changing demands to provide timely, efficient service.
• Meet customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while contributing to individual and branch goals.
• Build and maintain customer connections throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, presenting solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Bring a goal-oriented drive to achieve individual and team results.
• Clearly explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and customer options.
