Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)
About The Position
Golub & Company is seeking a sales-driven Leasing Consultant for Lakehaven Luxury Apartments, a 492-unit garden-style apartment community in Carol Stream, Illinois. The consultant manages the leasing sales process from start to finish, provides customer service to residents and prospective residents, and supports the community’s day-to-day leasing and resident operations. Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required. The role requires regular weekend hours and the successful candidate must have or be willing to obtain a current Illinois leasing agent license. The hourly rate is $17.00–$19.68, based on experience, and the position is eligible for commissions. On-site employees at Golub’s residential properties represent the company to residents and are expected to provide high-quality customer service while demonstrating its Shared Values. Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales-related experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative acumen.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a current Illinois leasing agent license.
- Regular weekend hours are required.

Responsibilities
- Conduct leasing activities, including touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Enter new lease information into leasing software and ensure its accuracy.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage new and existing lease files.
- Monitor the CRM system and follow up consistently with prospective leads and existing resident inquiries.
- Provide customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
- Monitor and evaluate competitors’ rental rates, prepare weekly market surveys, and recommend rental rate changes.
- Assist with move-in and move-out processes.
- Receive resident service requests and administer the building work order system.
- Conduct regular facility walk-throughs and report concerns to building maintenance.
- Maintain amenity-space schedules.
- Coordinate resident events and send communications.
