About The Position

HH Red Stone is a growing property management company focused on creating welcoming communities and providing great service to our residents. We’re looking for a Leasing Consultant who speaks English and Spanish and enjoys connecting with people to join our Washington, DC team. Have experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality? We’d love to hear from you! You don’t need property management experience—we’re happy to train someone who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for helping people find their next home.

Requirements

  • English and Spanish proficiency required, including the ability to conduct leasing tours, answer resident questions, and communicate clearly in writing in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • One year of direct sales experience or two years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply leasing procedures, company policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday in the leasing office, with occasional weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective and current residents in English and Spanish, in person, by phone, and through written correspondence.
  • Conduct property tours, explain application requirements, and guide prospective residents through the leasing process.
  • Follow up with prospective residents and support the property’s leasing goals.
  • Prepare leasing paperwork, coordinate move-ins, and assist with lease renewals.
  • Respond to resident questions, maintenance requests, and lease-related concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Help plan and coordinate resident events that bring the community together.
  • Keep marketing materials, advertisements, and property listings accurate and current.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records while following company policies and applicable requirements, including Fair Housing.
