Requirements

Fluency in English and French is required.
High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound sales calls from the established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations.
Secure, renew, and arrange delivery of orders, working closely with facilities to manufacture and expedite orders.
Enter orders and quotes accurately in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups and analyses, and ensure follow-through with full ownership.
Offer both technical and non-technical support regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment to clients and staff.
Complete an extensive hands-on training program with a focus on career growth and personal development.
