About The Position

Stampede Culinary Partners is hiring a full-time Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator at its Bridgeview, Illinois facility. This role supports HR operations and workplace safety initiatives across multiple facilities. The coordinator helps lead annual trainings, assists with safety programs and workers’ compensation processes, and helps ensure employees work in a safe and compliant environment. The position serves as a point of contact for employees and leadership, promoting safety, compliance, communication, and support, with bilingual communication helping facilitate clear communication across the workforce. The position works 40 hours per week on first shift. The role may require work in both an office setting and a production environment. Candidates must be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or a related field is preferred; related experience is required.

Requirements

1–2 years of related experience required.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish required.
Proficiency with computers, including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet software.
Strong verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in both an office setting and a production environment as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred.
OSHA certification is a plus.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
