About The Position

Stampede Culinary Partners is hiring a full-time Bilingual Human Resources & Safety Coordinator at its Bridgeview, Illinois facility. The role supports HR operations and workplace safety initiatives across multiple facilities. The coordinator helps lead annual trainings, assists with safety programs and workers’ compensation processes, and helps maintain a safe and compliant work environment. The position serves as a point of contact for employees and leadership and supports a workplace culture focused on safety, compliance, communication, and employee support. Bilingual communication skills are used to help ensure clear communication across the workforce. The role works 40 hours per week on first shift and requires work in both an office setting and a production environment as needed.

Requirements

1–2 years of related experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish.
Proficiency with computers, including HRIS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet software.
Strong verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in an office setting and within a production environment as needed.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred.
OSHA certification is a plus.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
