About The Position

Affordable Home Furnishings is hiring a bilingual sales associate to help local families find furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics that suit their needs and budgets. The role emphasizes friendly, honest, relationship-focused service rather than high-pressure sales, serving customers in both English and Spanish. The associate also supports store promotion, customer outreach, sales goals, and general store and administrative operations. The schedule is 40–45 hours per week, with one weekday off generally provided in addition to Sunday. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Requirements

Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Enjoy talking with people and building relationships.
Positive, outgoing personality.

Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
