About The Position

Foundever is hiring an on-site Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative in DeLand, Florida. The representative will support one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the United States by assisting customers with entry-level banking and financial needs. The role is part of a team-centric environment and includes paid training and opportunities for career growth. Foundever reports that 84% of its managers have been promoted from within. Candidates must live in DeLand or within commuting distance of the office at 1398 S Woodland Blvd, DeLand, FL 32720. The role requires at least 40 hours per week and weekend availability as needed. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with paid training at $18 per hour.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Must reside in DeLand, Florida, or within commuting distance of the office.
Flexible availability during operating hours; weekend availability is needed as required.
Professional attitude and strong aptitude for customer service.
Proficient in navigating system tools to find information and answers.
Dependable and responsible, with a strong commitment to the role.
Able to assess situations, develop empathetic solutions, manage tasks effectively, and learn independently.

Six months to one year of relevant work experience is preferred.
