Remote Bilingual Client Intake Specialist (English/Spanish)
About The Position
United Signers helps people injured in accidents in the United States sign with personal injury law firms. The company is hiring remote bilingual intake specialists to speak with prospective clients who have already contacted partner law firms after an accident. The specialist builds trust, patiently answers questions, and guides clients step by step through signing retainer agreements by phone and e-signature. The role also involves making some outbound calls to U.S. law firms. The position is full-time and fully remote, with availability required during U.S. Pacific business hours. Pay is approximately USD 1,200–1,500 per month, consisting of base pay plus a bonus per lead.
Requirements
- Proven phone sales or closing experience.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
- Availability during U.S. Pacific business hours.
