About The Position

BIBIBOP is hiring a Team Leader to guide a restaurant team and help deliver a positive guest experience featuring Korean flavors and fresh, healthy ingredients. The role involves leading by example, supporting team members’ development, and overseeing daily restaurant operations while maintaining company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. BIBIBOP describes the role as an opportunity to grow leadership skills in a supportive environment. Depending on a candidate’s skills, experience, and leadership level, they may also be considered for an Operational Leader role.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic shifts.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain standards and procedures.
Reliable, consistent work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
