About The Position

BIBIBOP is seeking enthusiastic, positive Team Members to help provide guests with a quick, complete, and nutritious dining experience featuring Korean flavors and fresh ingredients. Team Members work in a supportive, upbeat environment alongside experienced leaders, contribute to a positive guest experience, and have opportunities to learn, grow, and develop as leaders. The role involves guest service and a range of food preparation, kitchen, cleaning, and sanitation tasks. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. The position may require evening, weekend, and holiday availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create positive connections.
• Provide BIBIBOP’s signature guest service while multitasking efficiently.
• Follow and promote BIBIBOP’s vision, values, and standards.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Portion and prepare food, clean, and assist with kitchen tasks.
• Regularly sanitize workstations and operate kitchen equipment safely.
