About The Position

The Restaurant/Beverage Supervisor supports smooth restaurant operations and outstanding guest service at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa. The supervisor guides restaurant and beverage associates, assists with onboarding and training, engages with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues, and collaborates with management on daily operations. The role also supports cleanliness, cash handling, reservations, room orders, and supply management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to restaurant and beverage associates, promoting high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates and foster a supportive, growth-oriented work culture.
• Interact with guests to ensure dining satisfaction, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management on daily operations.
• Maintain area cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling to support accurate transactions.
• Use OpenTable for reservations, iRIS for room orders, and Adaco for supply management.
