About The Position

The Beverage Supervisor oversees the Beverage Department in the casino and hotel. The role handles guest complaints, directly supervises crewmembers who sell and distribute alcoholic beverages, and ensures alcoholic beverages are distributed safely. The supervisor supports the department during an assigned shift and implements directives from the Beverage Manager.

Requirements

• At least two years of beverage experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, read, and write.
• Eye-to-hand coordination and depth perception.
• Effective verbal communication.
• Strong math skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to all Beverage Department crewmembers during an assigned shift.
• Ensure safe distribution of alcoholic beverages and prompt, proper service from Beverage Department staff during an assigned shift.
• Implement directives from the Beverage Manager for crewmembers.
• Handle guest complaints.
• Complete other tasks as requested by management.
