About The Position

The Beverage Supervisor supports restaurant and beverage operations at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, helping ensure smooth daily service and exceptional guest experiences. The role provides direction to associates, supports onboarding and training, engages with guests, and collaborates with management on operational needs. The supervisor also helps maintain cleanliness, oversee cash handling, and use service systems to support reservations, room orders, and supply management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to restaurant and beverage associates, promoting high performance and adherence to service standards.
• Assist with onboarding and training new associates and foster a supportive, growth-oriented work culture.
• Interact with guests, address special requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with management on daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Oversee cash handling to ensure accurate transactions.
• Use OpenTable for reservations, iRIS for room orders, and Adaco for supply management.
